A Quick 3 Days Itinerary to Explore Penticton

Confused about what to do while planning a weekend in Penticton? There is nothing called perfection when it comes to itinerary, but there should be endless fun, and we have curated the same for you here!

Let’s quickly dive into the three-day itinerary to explore vineyards in Penticton.

Day 1 in the Adventurous Heaven

Morning

What else other than cycling could be the right way to start the day? Start cycling from dawn to the Kettle Valley trail. Enjoy the amazing Okanagan Lake.

Things that you can enjoy here while cycling:

Explore all possible local wineries. All the winery patios’ food tastes well. You can try any one of them for your lunch. You can also explore picnic areas for lunch. Remember to make a prehand booking for the winery to avoid last-minute confusion and wait.

Evening

Once your day is over, you can come back to your lake level to relax exactly before dinner! Walking on the side of Okanagan Lake can act as a form of self-rejugation. We recommend starting from the western promenade as it will take you to the historical SS Sicamous sternwheeler. Art Sculptures is available all around. Go with a prior reservation only for dinner during summer.

Day 2 at Penticton Vineyards

Morning

If you are a hiking lover, this itinerary will surely excite you! Skaha Bluff is a popular park that offers loads of activities, and hiking can be your take from it. Among many mesmerizing, serene beaches, choose one of the Penticton Lake beaches to relax your soul in the afternoon.

If you want to do additional adventurous activities, rent a kayak that matches your comfort level or a paddleboard. Go, grab the outshining shoreline and get lost in nature’s beauty.

Evening

You will find several breweries around. Check those! You can find mouth-watering food too around, so staying for dinner here can add more to the fun. If you need another plan, you can visit Farmer’s Park!

Morning

Plan a trip to Munson Mountain. You don’t have to drive for a long from downtown Penticton. Thereafter, take a short hike, only 3 minutes from the parking lot and witness the magnificent views across the city of Penticton. What you will be witnessing here is the beautiful Okanagan Lake, local vineyards, the KVR Trail and surrounding mountains.

Don’t let yourself get carried away with it, as more is awaited!

Evening

How can you leave the place without celebrating your arrival at a place where your third evening should be full of celebration? Penticton has many options when it comes to bars and restaurants. You can choose the one you like and enjoy the evening sun.

You can continue exploring downtown and enjoy those heart-stealing sunsets at the beaches.
